4. Adjust the guide arm along the dovetail rail according to the size of the workpiece to be machined. After the adjustment, the guiding device must be locked.

5. The maximum diameter of the sawing material shall not exceed the specified value, and the workpiece must be clamped firmly.

7, cast iron, copper, aluminum parts without cutting fluid, other need to add cutting fluid.

8. When the saw blade is broken during the cutting process, after the new saw blade is replaced, the workpiece must be turned over and re-sawed. When the saw bow is lowered, it should be slow and must not be impacted.

9. It is strictly forbidden for the operator to leave the post during the sawing process. It is strictly forbidden to carry gloves.

10. When each shift is off work, the power must be cut off, the protective cover should be opened, the chips around the band saw wheel should be removed, and daily maintenance and surrounding cleaning work should be done.
